I think team India can be a world champion this world cup. But there is just the slight gap between them and the finish line. The element of surprise. Every time, all their players, out of form or in form, start showing their A game right of the back. All their strengths, secrets and weaknesses are glaringly visible to the other teams and by the time the group stages are over, they memorize us line by line and prepare accordingly to counter-attack. So India is left open like an open book and even though it is a hot favorite, it ends up losing.

So we have to keep a couple of secrets and a few hidden aces up our sleeve for the last stage. We always make it to the top 4.But having a secret ace is what will get us to the ultimate prize. I think India should look for someone like that in their upcoming matches.
